Why can't I unlock the door by any means, not even with the key? Please check if the internal deadlock knob is engaged and, if so, turn it off.

How can I lock the lock if I do not want it to self lock? You can manually lock it outside by long pressing "✔️" on the keyboard. Simply turn the deadlock knob inside.

How many digits is the password? The password is 6 to 9 digits. If the password is too long, please consider before buying.
